Dutch-Bangla Bank Plc has created a separate department named “Agent Banking Department” for smooth operation of agent banking activities. The division provides banking and financial services using mobile telecommunication devices/computer systems/biometric technology, serving a wide range of customers across the country. Especially for clients in remote locations, the Agent Banking Division will help them deposit and withdraw funds through agents and other acceptable services such as agent outlets that convert deposits into electronic funds and vice versa.
